Vendilo.ai is an artificial intelligence assistant that answers based on the catalog, knowledge and documents each business uploads. Answers, quotes and documents are generated automatically. This disclaimer summarizes, in plain language, how you should use those answers; it forms part of our Terms and Conditions and does not replace them.
Artificial intelligence runs on probabilistic models: it can be wrong, omit data or return outdated information, even when it answers with apparent confidence (this is known as “hallucinations”). The Service and its answers are provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Always verify before acting. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming each answer, price, stock figure or quote before using it, sharing it with a customer or making a business decision based on it.
The assistant’s answers are informational and operational in nature. They do not constitute or replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or any other professional advice. For decisions that require it, consult a qualified specialist.
The Service relies on both our own and third-party artificial intelligence models. We reserve the right to choose, combine, replace, update or discontinue at any time and at our sole discretion the AI models and providers we deem appropriate, in order to provide, maintain, improve or ensure the quality, security, availability and cost of the Service, without prior notice. A model change may alter the style, speed or content of the answers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendilo.ai is not responsible for misuse or improper use of the Service, for inaccurate or erroneous answers from the assistant, nor for the repercussions to your business arising from decisions made based on them, including loss of revenue, sales, customers, data, reputation or profits. The limits and liability cap are detailed in the limitation of liability section of the Terms and Conditions. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
