What is Vendilo.ai?

Vendilo.ai is an artificial intelligence platform that turns your business catalog, knowledge, and documents into an assistant that answers over chat. It resolves questions about prices, stock, specs, and policies using only the information you uploaded.

How do I upload my catalog?

You upload an Excel file with your products, prices, and inventory from your dashboard. The AI processes it automatically. You can also add PDF or Word documents with your policies (shipping, warranties, returns) so the assistant uses them when answering.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. Vendilo is built for business owners without a technical background. You upload your information, define the assistant’s tone, and connect your channel in minutes — no installs, no coding.

Which channels does the assistant work on?

Today it works on web chat (ideal for internal use and testing) and on Telegram, which you connect yourself in a few minutes. WhatsApp, for serving your end customers, is on its way.

Does the assistant make up answers?

The assistant answers based on the information you upload: your catalog, your knowledge, and your documents. It is designed to rely on that information rather than improvise. Even so, we recommend reviewing answers before making business decisions.

How are my data and my customers’ data handled?

Vendilo does not collect the phone numbers, emails, or addresses of your business’s end customers. We only process your account data, your content, and usage metrics, in line with applicable data protection law. You can find the details in our Privacy Notice.

How much does it cost?

We offer monthly plans — Basic ($9), Professional ($19), Business ($49), and Ultra ($69) — with different usage limits. You can start with a free plan, no credit card, and cancel anytime. See the pricing section for details.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Vendilo does not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel them at any time.

Can I cancel and request a refund?

Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We handle good-faith refund requests, especially for duplicate charges or service failures. See the Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

What does multi-tenant mean?

It means every business gets its own isolated space within the platform. Your data, your catalog, and your configuration are kept separate from other customers’, which protects your information.

Can I customize the bot’s tone and rules?

Yes. From the dashboard you can define instructions for your assistant: the tone it answers with and business-specific rules, so it sounds like your brand.

When will WhatsApp be available?

We are working on the WhatsApp channel so you can serve your end customers. It will be available soon; in the meantime you can use web chat and Telegram for your team.

What happens when I update my prices or inventory?

You re-upload your updated catalog and the assistant answers with the latest information. That is how you keep prices and stock current without manually retraining anything.

Can my sales reps and my team use it at the same time?

Yes. The assistant is designed so your team can query the catalog from web chat or Telegram whenever they need to, in natural language, from their own device.

Can Vendilo quote prices for me?

Yes. If your catalog includes prices, the AI agent quotes instantly when a customer or one of your sales reps asks about one or more products, and it even adds up quantities. It is ideal for businesses that quote often, like hardware stores, steel suppliers, wholesalers, or distributors.
