Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy complements the Terms and Conditions and describes the permitted and prohibited uses of Vendilo.ai (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to comply with it.

2. Permitted use

  • Uploading content that you own or have the right to use (catalog, prices, documents and business knowledge).
  • Using the assistant to answer legitimate questions about your business.
  • Connecting your own channels (web chat, Telegram and, soon, WhatsApp) for your team and your customers.

3. Prohibited uses

  • Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party rights (intellectual property, personal data without a legal basis, etc.).
  • Uploading offensive, defamatory or discriminatory content or content that promotes harm.
  • Attempting to compromise the security of the Service, access other people’s accounts or evade usage limits.
  • Using the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications at scale.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling or sublicensing the Service without authorization.
  • Overloading the infrastructure through abusive automations or artificial traffic.

4. Responsible use of AI

The assistant generates answers based on what you upload. You must not present it as professional advice when that is not appropriate, nor use it to spread information you know to be false or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing the answers before acting on them.

5. Consequences of non-compliance

Non-compliance with this policy may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions. When reasonable, we will notify you before suspending the Service.

6. Reports

If you detect improper use of the Service, report it to soporte@vendilo.ai.
