Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. Subscriptions and billing cycle

Vendilo.ai is offered under a subscription model. Charges are recurring (for example, monthly) and are made at the start of each cycle through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by requesting it from our support team. Cancellation is simple and does not require phone calls or unnecessary procedures.

When you cancel, you will keep access to your plan’s features until the end of the period already paid. No additional charges are generated after cancellation.

3. Refunds

As a general rule, payments for subscriptions already started are not refundable for the unused days of the current period, since the Service remains available throughout the entire cycle. However, we will evaluate refund requests in good faith, especially in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Failures attributable to Vendilo.ai that prevent use of the Service for a significant period.
  • Charges made after a properly requested cancellation.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the same original payment method. The time it takes for them to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Trial period

If your plan includes a trial period, no charge will be made during it. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

5. How to request a refund

Write to us at soporte@vendilo.ai with your account email and a brief description of the case. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit the rights that the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, Mexico) grants to consumers in Mexico. If you have any disagreement, you can contact us first and, if no solution is reached, turn to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, PROFECO).
