Build your catalog without Excel: Vendilo’s manual mode

Not every business keeps a tidy Excel catalog. Sometimes it lives in the owner’s head, in photos, or in a notebook. That’s why Vendilo now lets you create your products by hand —no file— right in your dashboard, and your AI agent is ready just as fast.

Two ways to load — your choice

Under My business → Catalog you’ll see two tabs: "Create manually" and "With Excel". With Excel you upload your file as always. In manual, you define your fields and enter your products right there. Both land in the same place, so your agent answers identically no matter how you loaded it.

You decide the columns

You start with the most common fields —Code, Name, Description, Price, Inventory— and tailor them to your business. The AI understands your columns whatever you call them.

• Rename, delete or add the fields you use: Brand, Size, Color, Material, anything.
• Mark one field as Code (identifies the product) and another as Name.
• Enter each product in a row; add or remove rows on the fly.

Choose who sees it

Before saving you pick the audience: for you and your team, for your customers, or both. So the same catalog can feed your internal chat, your team’s Telegram and your customer bot, each seeing only what it should.

Editable whenever you want

A manual catalog isn’t frozen: reopen it whenever you add a product, change a price or fix a detail. You save and your agent updates instantly. It’s the fastest way to get started if you don’t have your Excel yet — and to keep your catalog current without fighting spreadsheets.

How to start

Go to My business → Catalog, open the "Create manually" tab, add 2 or 3 products with their price, choose the audience and save. In seconds your agent answers for them. When you have your full Excel, upload it from the other tab and you’re done.
